Minimum rental period: 2 days

Minimum order value (without deposit):

  • from November to April 40,- €
  • from May to October 80,- €


  • In advance by invoice or paypal / receipt of payment min. 2 days before collection
  • On site with debit card, credit card or cash


Rental items can be collected and returned free of charge by appointment.

Delivery & collection:

We are happy to deliver the rental items to the venue in Berlin, Brandenburg or the surrounding area. The costs for delivery and collection are calculated according to distance, effort (items ordered), vehicle required and personnel. We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.

Postal dispatch:

Postal delivery is possible for the majority of items. Depending on the product and quantity, shipping (always insured) is calculated individually. The return shipment must be arranged, financed and insured by the renter. The return shipment must always be made on the day following the last day of the rental period and must be documented.


After receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation. When paying by paypal, the goods are immediately booked. If the payment option is “invoice” or “cash”, the corresponding deposit must be paid within a further 7 days. Only then are the items firmly reserved. The booking expires if payment is not received on time. Short-term rental requests are best made by telephone. For bookings made at short notice (subject to availability), the full rental amount plus deposit is due immediately.

Cancellation fees:

The order can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before the start of the rental period.
Up to 30 days before the rental date, 50% of the rental fee is due.
Up to 10 days before the rental date, 75% of the rental fee is due.
If the rental period is less than 10 days, 100% of the rental fee is due.


  • The prices quoted are gross daily rental prices (including final cleaning).
  • The minimum rental period is 2 days.
  • Products booked at short notice will be invoiced additionally upon delivery.
  • The products are rented clean – please remove coarse dirt and any food residues on return.
  • Heavily soiled, defective or missing rental items must be replaced (possibly offset against the deposit).

Pick-up and return times:

We can arrange the handover times flexibly and individually. There are generally no handovers on Sundays. If the rental period begins or ends on this day, the handover will be carried out (at no extra cost) on the previous evening or the following morning. Collection of rental items from the warehouse in 14612 Falkensee (exact address will be provided). Charging facilities are available.


Table linen, covers, chair bows (all textiles) are cleaned by us. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining rented items must be handed in clean. We reserve the right to charge the costs retrospectively if these rules are disregarded and additional costs are incurred as a result (if necessary, offset against the rental deposit). Please adhere to these instructions, in case of negligence the tenant is liable.

Security deposit:

The deposit is calculated on the basis of the replacement value of the rented products.
Deposit refund: If the rental items are intact, the deposit will be refunded within 1 week of the return of the products.
